The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against all the petitioners. The petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner No. 2 is unmarried Nanad and petitioner No. 3 is unmarried Debar of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the deceased died during the treatment in the course of pregnancy and considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 29.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55041.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be local persons having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
(ii) The petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation and assist the police and make themselves available as and when required by the police.
