JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-01-2016 From the show cause reply filed on behalf of the opposite parties and the submissions advanced on behalf of the opposite parties in the present proceeding, I am of the view that the order of this Court dated 18.09.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12008 of 2010 has substantially been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the arrears of salary also during the period he has remained out of service because of the order which subsequently

Patna High Court MJC No.322 of 2015 dt.13-01-2016 2/2 came to be quashed by this Court on 18.09.2014. This Court grants liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the competent authority for payment of salary whereupon the competent authority shall proceed in accordance with law and take appropriate decision.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
