In this case the petitioner is seeking for initiation of a contempt proceeding for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12228 of 2013, whereby and whereunder, the Court had directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same.

In pursuance thereof, an order dated 19.09.2015 has been passed by the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara which is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.396 of 2015 dt.08-05-2017 The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the aforesaid order dated 19.09.2015.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed and the contempt proceeding is dropped.
