2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 147/2023 registered under section 25(1-b) a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution story in short is that that one pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2023. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45762 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on completion of nine months in custody and furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII Bhagalpur in connection with P.S. Case No. 147/2023. The petitioner will visit police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
