CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner applied for grant of P.D.S. license in the year 2006. The petitioner got the P.D.S. license on 03.04.2007, bearing license no. 9 R of 2007.
The petitioner submits that his license has been cancelled on 20.12.2007 by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria. The petitioner filed appeal, bearing Appeal No. 267 of 2007-08, which was disposed of on 12.02.2008 with a direction to the licensing authority to consider the matter afresh. The grievance of the petitioner is that the licensing authority has not passed any order, though a number of years have already passed.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.20818 of 2013 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2 / 2 application is disposed of with a direction to the licensing authority to dispose of the matter for grant of license of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This application stands disposed of.
