JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2022 Heard the parties The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offences alleged against the petitioner is registered under Sections 467,468,471,420,120(B)/34 of the IPC for submitting forged certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already reign from service before the FIR was lodged.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid aspects and similarly situated other persons has also been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54241 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
