JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the Respondents to consider the application dated 11.05.2024 filed by the petitioner for removing encroachment from the land bearing Mouza-Murtiya, Thana No.98, Khata No.214, Khesra No.857, Area-17 Dhur which is Gairmajarua land illegally, have encroach by the local public.

(ii). For further issue direction to respondents C.O., Adapur to initiate an Encroachment proceeding and remove the encroachment which

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Adapur, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
