An affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the respondents.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the appellant that the notification has been issued by the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.746 of 2019 dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Education Department, Government of Bihar, on 22nd July, 2019, according to which, the terms and conditions as prescribed in the Circulars issued under the 2006 Rules have been amended. A copy of the said notification has been produced before the Court.

Learned counsel submits that in the wake of these developments, it is no longer necessary to proceed with this appeal which has become infructuous.

It is, accordingly, consigned as such.
