The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.171 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpires in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused before the Police and except that there is nothing against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks and make prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9902 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
