2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on secret information that some sexual activity is going on, a raid was conducted in a restaurant and eight boys and girls were found in objectionable condition. This petitioner is alleged to the Manager of the restaurant in question.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no concern with the restaurant in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43377 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 question. He further submits that no one has ever raised complaint about the restaurant. Moreover, co-accused Rahul Goswani, Manager of the restaurant, has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11011 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Habibpur P. S. Case No. 243 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
