This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as opposite party no. 2 that the parties have settled their dispute. The case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submission, aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. C1 - 29 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
