The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bettiah P.S.Case No.64 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his named transpired during the course of investigation of the case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6154 of 2018 (3) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit.
