JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A and Sections 341, 323, 325, 498(A) and 34 Indian Penal Code.
In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for informant-opposite party no. 2, that they are ready to live with each other, let petitioners surrender before the Court below on 03.04.2017 from where the petitioners as stated shall take informant-opposite party no. 2 to her matrimonial house with full honour and dignity and thereafter, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10226 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 court below shall enlarge the petitioners on provisional bail to his satisfaction for a period of six months, during which period the petitioner no. 1, and the informant-opposite party no. 2 shall have to appear in the court below on each month on the date fixed by the court below and the court below only after satisfying himself with the conduct of the petitioner and also after satisfying himself with the status of matrimonial life of the parties, shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioners, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
