The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(a) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, a minor girl was kidnapped by the petitioner and others.

In her own statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. the victim has said that the petitioner was also involved in the gang rape of the victim.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
