Counsel for the State submits that it is a case in which wife of the petitioner is claiming for regularization of his service, who retired in the year 2009 and died in the year 2016, but the present case has been filed in the year 2025. The contention of the State about the case of the petitioner is apparent from Annexure-P/6 of the writ petition, which has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.10833 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 2/2 made in the year 2022 on which decision has already been taken by the respondent vide Annexure-P/3 in February, 2023 itself. After lapse of huge time, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.
