JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 Heard Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, AC to GP-3. The petitioner, who is an aspirant for being appointed as Anganwari Sevika on the concerned centre is aggrieved by the appointment of Nikki Kumari, privaterespondent no. 6 on the said post. Several complaints were made by the petitioner before the various authorities under the Rules of 2011 but to no avail.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14453 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 This Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the C.D.P.O., Manpur, Gaya within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall look into the matter and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within the time-line prescribed under the new Guidelines of 2019. Should such complaint be not disposed off within the aforesaid period, the matter would automatically stand transferred to the District Programme Officer of the concerned ICDS, who shall look into the matter and pass necessary order. If the petitioner remains aggrieved by any order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, in that event, she would have an option to prefer revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
