17-02-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that so far as 45% of arrears of pension, which were to be paid by 31st March, 2015, have been duly paid though after filing of this contempt application. So far as 50% of DA merger and interest for delayed payment of revised pension and other payments are concerned, which has not been made.
Learned counsel for the University states that these are small amounts and University undertakes to pay them within two months.
In view of the aforesaid, these two applications stand disposed of.
