The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2020 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 256/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20/22/23/24/27/27A/29 of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 1.125 kg of Charas has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that petitioner is accused in 11 other cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
