If a standard procedure has been adopted in terms of the regulation of the Bihar School Examination Board, especially regulation 28(iv) for the reason of the petitioner's non-consideration for selection as a CRC Resource person, the same is not required to be interfered with especially when the petitioner does not dispute that he has passed the examination in the compartmental examination.
