JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.245 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 342, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that while the informant's husband was feeding cattle at his door, 15 FIR named accused persons including the petitioner armed with rifle and pistol came there and surrounded him. Thereafter on the point of gun, all accused persons took him towards West of his house. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.12.2020. Similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide paragraph 8 of the bail petition. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Balia Police Station Case No. 245 of 2019.
