ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Initially the writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the truck bearing no. BROGB/5120 and to hand it over to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents reported to the Court that during the pendency of the writ petition the truck was sold to the third party and it was not in their possession. In spite of it, there is no amendment to the prayer, in view of the subsequent facts which took place after filing of the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition became infructuous.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
