The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 30.11.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3615 of 2017.

The matter relates to claim of the petitioner for payment of retiral dues which was to be examined by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2392 of 2019(3) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 concerned respondents.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj which incorporates the memo no. 666 dated 28.6.2023 by which after providing different heads to show that the payment regarding gratuity, group insurance, leave encashment and provident fund have been paid to the petitioner. In the last column, it has been narrated that no dues relating to the petitioner is pending. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved stating that he still has some grievance, is well advised to challenge the communication dated 28.5.2023 (memo no. 666) of Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj before the writ Court. The MJC No. 2392 of 2019 stands disposed of.
