The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR and materials collected during course of investigation, this is not a fit case for grant of the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
