2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 21(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 510 Tablets of Nitravet, 264 Tablets of Bulloford Nilla Spasmo, 19 Bottles of Onrrex (Cought Syrup), 700 grams of Ganja and 1 Kg of Charas from the house and shop of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent under Excise Act.

5. Considering the huge recovery from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
