Mr. Sheoshankar Prasad-SC-8 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
In this case, the petitioner is seeking absorption in service.
Admittedly, the petitioner was working as a daily wager, has entered into the service without following the due procedure of selection, and as such, it is very difficult for this Court to give direction for regularization of service in view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court rendered in the case of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17811 of 2016(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Ram Sevak Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2013(1) PLJR 964.
In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, if the petitioner approaches before the competent authority for regularization, the authority will take decision in accordance with law.
