JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 The present application being the second modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51125 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. Though, the period of surrender was once extended vide order dated 10.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10163 of 2016 but the petitioners did not surrender within stipulate time.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is further extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitua) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11526 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Sikarahana at Motihari.

The order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51125 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.

It is made clear that no further modification application will be entertained.
