The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 944 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 399/402/414/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a/26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the allegation of planning for commission of dacoity. He further submits that one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
