JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 526 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by causing burn injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 3, Raj Nath Paswan and Umesh Paswan are brother-in-law, petitioner no. 2, Arjun Paswan is cousin brother-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10892 of 2017 (4) dt.20-06-2017 in-law and petitioner nos. 4 and 5, Chintu Paswan and Sonu Paswan, are nephew of the deceased, daughter of the informant. It is further submitted that, in fact, deceased sustained burn injury in course of preparing food, in which, her husband, Pallu Paswan also sustained burn injury but the informant has lodged the present case with false allegation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 526 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
