The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Witch Act.

As per the prosecution case, the deceased was assaulted with a lathi by the petitioner and one Gajadhar had given her stab wound.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relying upon the post-mortem report submits that there is only one injury on the deceased which seems to be caused by Gajadhar. There is no injury of hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2023.

Considering the fact that Gajadhar is the main assailant of the deceased and no injury of hard and blunt substance has been found on the deceased, this application for

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022.
