2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. Case No. 742 of 2023 arising out of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim had got married with the petitioner and subsequently this false case has been filed.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
