The present petition has been filed for appointment of Arbitrator for deciding the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the respondents in connection with agreement no. 30 of 2008-09- dated 17.02.2009 pertaining to "Construction of three nos. of H.L.R.C.C. Bridge in KM 16 & 34 and Box Culvert in KM 4 of N.H.84 for the year 2008-09. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to take recourse to the relevant provisions of settlement of
Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.56 of 2021 dt.27-10-2021 2/2 disputes, as contained in Clause 25 of the agreement No. 30 of 2008-09 dated 17.02.2009 (Annexure-1).
Learned counsel for the State states that the respondents shall take a decision on the petitioner's request expeditiously and positively within the period stipulated under the clause.
