The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.584 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the alleged withdrawal of money from the account of the informant has been credited back as has been recorded in para 57 of the case-diary.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45138 of 2022(4) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.584 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
