2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with Khanti and sword.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45735 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 243 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
