2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 15/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he has killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.01.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. During the trial, the informant who is the mother of the victim has not supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the period of custody and the statement of the informant, let the petitioner above named be
