JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 By way of filing the present application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks initiation of a contempt proceeding against the respondents for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this court on 11.02.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 9704 of 2011.

After going through the show cause reply filed on behalf of opposite party no.2, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the petitioner does not intend to press this application.
