2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections147, 149, 341, 323, 504 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. All the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted wife of the informant causing her death on the spot.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. wife of informant might have committed suicide as charge sheet has been submitted against accused persons for the offence under sections 328/306 of the IPC. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47922 of 2025(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 specific allegation that he along with other accused persons assaulted wife of the informant causing her death on the spot.
