2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 394, 414 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons were involved in looting a vehicle and the petitioner was caught on the spot. From the possession of the petitioner Rs. 200, one live cartridge and one knife was recovered.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and none of the articles which were looted were recovered from the

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 31.03.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023.

11. The petitioner will visit Isuapur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
