For the Respondent/s : Mr. Jitendra Kumar, A.C. to A.A.G.-14 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-03-2017 The learned Single Bench of this Court on 12th of March, 2012 disposed of the writ application filed by the petitioner with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) to enquire into as to why salary of the petitioner has not been paid. If on enquiry he finds that there was no legal impediment in the release of the same, funds were to be released within two months. In terms of such direction, the District Programme Officer has passed an order on 1st of October, 2012 declining the claim of the petitioner as his appointment was not against the sanctioned post.

Patna High Court MJC No.4040 of 2012 dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Since an order has been passed, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
