The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

16 liters of liquor was recovered said to be thrown away by the petitioner after look at the police. The petitioner has got long list of criminal antecedents of identical nature.
