The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
16 liters of liquor was recovered said to be thrown away by the petitioner after look at the police. The petitioner has got long list of criminal antecedents of identical nature. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44218 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No.270 of 2019, corresponding to Special Case No.4363 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
