JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 This Court, vide order dated 23.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 949 of 2014, has directed that as old proceeding of the acquisition has already lapsed, in such view of the matter, the land can be acquired in terms of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and the petitioner would be entitled for compensation according to the New Act.
The State has filed the show cause and has stated that
Patna High Court MJC No.3372 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 the step has been taken for acquisition of the land in terms of the New Act.
In such view of the matter, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt application is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
