Petitioner seeks bail in Barauli P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol, five live cartridges along with one motorcycle have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2019 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42371 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S.
