The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner alongwith other accused persons is of assaulting the son of the informant on the neck and he became injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that Sitaram Sah and Raju Sah were quarreling with each other and the petitioner went there to save them but the informant alongwith her family members badly assaulted to the petitioner and snatched the cycle, mobile and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.615 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 cash Rs.3,000/- for which petitioner has filed a case against the informant vide Sarai P.S. Case No. 195/2020. Hence, false case has been filed against the petitioner. There is no any injury mentioned in case diary and impugned order. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.08.2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarai P.S.
