2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 504, 506, 307, 498A , 285 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, on 02.12.2022 the informant was married to one Satish kumar. After living for ten days in her matrimonial house, the informant went to her parent's house. On 26.01.2023 the informant returned to her matrimonial house where after few days, her in-laws along with all the FIR named accused persons started demanding four-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48434 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/3 wheeler vehicle, refrigerator and washing machine from her parents. On 22.02.2023 at about 07:00 A . M., when the informant went to cook food, the FIR named accused persons stopped her and put kerosene oil on her and tried to burn her. When she raised hulla, her neigbhours and her husband came to rescue her and she was admitted in a hospital.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law , petitioner No. 2 is the elder brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and petitioner No. 3 is the Sisterin-law (Gotni) of the informant. Petitioners have got no concern with the informant and her husband as they are residing separately for 10 years. They are separate in mess and property. Earlier the father of the petitioner No. 2 has lodged a case in Bailgawan P . S. Case No. 18 of 2023 against the husband of the informant to pay the fine of Rs. 40331/- for illegally consuming electricity and in retaliation this false and concocted case has been lodged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

No.48434 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 3/3 from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge - III Cum A . C . J . M. - III Vaishali in connection Baligawan P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
