The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the P.D.S. license of the petitioner was cancelled. He has preferred an appeal which is pending before the District Magistrate.

We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that the District Magistrate shall decide the appeal within a fix time frame in any case not later than four weeks.
