2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with spade on the head and chest of Pappu Giri (son of the informant).

4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation. The doctor has found the injury attributed to this petitioner simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.45728 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 705 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
