JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that earlier he introduced the informant with the Idol India Corporation Limited and persuaded the informant to work as an agent and collected amount of several persons and deposited the same in the company but the company was closed.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he has not taken any money rather he introduced the informant with the

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned with further condition that he will co-operate in the investigation and appeared before police as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
