The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
