2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged by informant that on 14.09.2023 (evening), co-accused Ashok Kumar with unknown persons came to her house and carried her husband on motorcycle and on the next morning, the dead-body of her husband was found in a bush near block.
4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 01.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37500 of 2024 (copy at Annexure P/3 to the bail petition). Petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya / concerned Court in connection with Belaganj P.S.
