JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 02.12.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, East Muzaffarpurcum-Special Officer, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (Ltd.), Muzaffarpur by filing an appeal under Rule 32 of Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case, the petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall adjudicate upon the same within a period of six months thereafter.
