2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d), 32(3)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3.

As per the prosecution case, total 20 litres of spirit,400 empty bottle of 180 ml., sticker of royal classic lemon vodka of 600 pieces, 1000 pieces cap of bottle were recovered from the spot.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents and in all cases he is on bail.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also the several criminal antecedents of similar nature is against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
